Internet Sharing on Verizon after using Sprint Leaked ROM

Anyone else having problems with the Internet Sharing on Verizon after updating to the Sprint Leaked 3.02 ROM? I have data plan on the phone but not tethering. It works on the phone but then when you do the Internet Sharing it is saying that you you need to subscribe to the Data Plan (15 dollars). Here is what I get. https://dunsp.vzw.com/selfProvisioni...sioningServlet

Replace your existing modem with PDA net one... I paid for the program(really did actually) and it can tether with OMJ rom which is pretty neat!

Re: Internet Sharing on Verizon after using Sprint Leaked ROM

i only have the 30$ data plan and i was able to use it for two days when my router crapped out.. just pressed internet share when it was usb connected and it hooked up as if it was an ethernet port... worked fine.. we'll see when i get my bill if i get charged for tethering or not.. but i doubt it

Re: Internet Sharing on Verizon after using Sprint Leaked ROM

I got it to work briefly with a ICS cab I found. A strange problem with it is if the ICS that comes with the kitchen fires up, it will make both stop working. Not sure what's up, but you should screw with it and see what you can find.

And I've only had this problem since 3.02. So, in theory you could roll back to another version to make it happen.

I think I have found a workaround for the Verizon ICS: I did the following:
1. Updated ROM to Sprint 3.02 to upgrade the Radio
2. Created a kitchen thanks to OMJ's directions on page 1 and took the OperatorPKG under OEM from the Alltel ROM and replaced the same package from the Sprint ROM.
3. Rebuilt the ROM without adding anything to it and then reflashed.

It works now. However, if you do not want to mess with cooking etc. OMJ has updated his Verizon Version to include this fix as far as I know.

For those of us that don't want to rebuild another rom or reflash, is it possible to get that OEM in a cab to manually install? Thanks!
