PHONE Not Working w/ new ROM (radio v3.37.15)?!

So I flashed the sprint rom w/ the radio update. Everything worked fine in that ROM (except no GPS locks... ongoing problem for me), data, phone, etc all worked. I flashed a ROM I made with the new kitchen, and now the Phone earpiece doesn't work! I can make/receive calls, but I can't hear anything in the earpiece...not sure ifthey can hear me or not. What could be different about the ROM I made in the kitchen that would cause this?!
