Run the leaked ROM exe and soft reboot during customizations (after you set the timezone).

Re: Non Sprint Users flashing to new radio

Have you unlocked your device? It will CID unlock your device and allow you to flash unsigned code.
Unlockers for Custom Roms on Vogue 2.31(GPS) and 0.40(nonGPS)

I had tried to unlock it but everytime i did, i got the status bar to appear on the phone, then the ruu said ERROR and it gave me 4 steps to follow to fix the error......but the phone never re-connected to activesync (i plugged it in, and got the orange "Charging" light to go, but it would not actually connect to active sync). i tried unlocking it with coKe 0.41 unlocker, shoul i try with a different version (as far as im aware, 0.40 is the only other version for non GPS phones, which mine is.

Dude are you trying to put a 6900(Vogue/Touch) rom onto a 6800?
You might want to check out the 6800 forum(Titan)
