Really low bluetooth headset volume! Have tried multiple brands!

Hey guys! I'm having some issues with the volume coming out of my BT headset. They've all been too soft. I'm almost at my wits end.

Either I'm going deaf, or there should be some registry entry to increase the volume.

Anyone have any suggestions?

And for all the smart ones, yes I've already tried raising the volume to the max on my phone.

Re: Really low bluetooth headset volume! Have tried multiple brands!

There's two ways I know of:

1. go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/ControlPanel/Phone/"Vol" and increase the value.

2. http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/ppc-6...me-issues.html involves the audiopara.csv file.

Cheers!

Re: Really low bluetooth headset volume! Have tried multiple brands!

Do you know if this will affect my current speakerphone or built-in earpiece volume? Because they're both fine.

Only the BT volume is just so damn terribly low.

I have both the jawbone and a Jabra 510 Voyager and both work well with my 6700 but are barely audible on my Touch

Re: Really low bluetooth headset volume! Have tried multiple brands!

My Motorola H700 can barely be heard. If anyone has a true solution to this problem please post. I don't even use my H700 anymore because unless your in a completely quiet environment you can't here anything. Totally useless in my Durango.

Re: Really low bluetooth headset volume! Have tried multiple brands!

The Jawbone is a waste. Get the Z9 as it's very loud with the Touch.
