Looking for Dialer Popup Reg Edit

I know there's a reg edit to stop the dialer from randomly popping up, I've used it before, but can't seem to find it again after I flashed a new rom. If anyone has a link i'd sure appreciate it.

Look under the upgrades sub-forum and find no2chems official wm6.1 rom. attached post #91 is schaps advanced configuration tool. Just use that to change the time and date on the task bar to battery and that will solve your problem.
