Touch Wont load

hey guys, i was on my touch, txt messaging as normal when i noticed some slow down, so i soft reset it to see if that would fix the issue. well now, when i turn it back on, it wont go past the windows mobile page. what do i do now? am i screwed and need to get a new one?

Hard Reset

i dont have my manual with me, how do i pull off a hard reset? ive tried taking the battery out and letting it drain to no success. what do i do for a hard reset? sorry, im new when it comes to phones.

Hold the talk and end buttons while doing a soft reset. Hope ya had the important stuff backed up
