how can I get the palm threaded sms notification windows without installing it?

thats all I miss from it really now that ive gotten used to using plain ol outlook for my texting needs but where can I get a program that shows picture and a nice sized window with all the text in it when I get a new sms?

going from reg sms to threaded sms isnt that diff? you load a list, click the last text and it brings up the chat log... there is simply NO downside to that... as opinionated as that sounds, this is one of those things, that is just that good... why not just use threaded sms?

I just installed the Palm threaded messaging app and does anyone know how to make the font in the actual chat log larger?

good question, seems the longer the chat the smaller the text gets, i usually end up deleting the thread and starting over or else i need a magnifying glass

The Palm threaded SMS is still buggy. It won't send or receive texts from certain contacts for some unknown reason. I'd recommend looking into pocketcm instead. Not as pretty or as integrated as the palm hack, but it's 100% reliable. It is also skinnable. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=356092
