Anyone have an opinion on this..?

I just called Sprint because my Sprint TV and my OZ messenger haven't worked a day since i've gotten the phone. (three days ago) After some girl who didn't even know what the messenger (or have any idea what it did, I explained it to her) tried to send me some CAB files which i've already tired a bunch of times on my own, she reccomended to me my only option is to swap the phone?!?! The only reason I completely object to this idea is that can Sprint TV or Messenger really fail because of hardware??? Not to mention this is my third swap in a month. This doesn't seem to make any sense to me. Not to mention when I swapped my Mogul for the Touch within 30 days they apparently used my upgrade money?!?! ...seriously, I'm so annoyied..

Has anyone gotten the outsourced "english" speaking indians? Boy, are they fun. (no call to Sprint is complete until that...)

It would help if you gave this poll a rreal subject line.

It's not a hardware issue, I can almost gaurantee it.

They worked for me with no problem.

But Messenger and TV is sometimes down. Since I found Oz not a reliable tool I no longer use it. And the content on Sprint TV (non premium) is a joke.

You may have an account problem. I don't know but you are right it's not your physical phone.

i just love polls. glad to see you put the "sprint outsourced" option on there.

many have had bad batch of phones. happens with all phones and all carriers. it cant hurt to try. what do you got to loose beside a little time?

good luck

It just sucks dealing with that return kit and hoping that once I send the old phone back that they will ACTUALLY credit my account like they're supposed to? (I mean, who knows?!)
