Oz not working for touch

Sorry if this has been answered I searched and found nothing . Everytime I try to log onto my aim screen name through Oz it tells me error 920 user does not exist . I have used the demo of im+ with no problems but will not pay the 40 if i dont have to. Any help would be appreciated Thanks
