Replacement Touch Has "Scrolling & Screen" Problems??

My local Sprint store swapped out my old Touch for a new one yesterday due to Sprint TV problems... otherwise everything worked fine.

My new Touch has screen issues when trying to use the stylus... and yes, I have "configured" with the screen alignment program.

When I am on the "Today" screen, when I try and scroll up and down it clicks on one of the settings. It is like the area I am tapping is 1mm off from where it should be or vice-versa. Sometimes the "X" button works and other times not. Seems like this Touch takes more pressure to activate a program than my old one, but it is the "scrolling" feature and "double clicks" that irritate me.

I havetried to adjust and tweak every setting I could think off, but just curious if I just need a "new" one again or if this is some sort of "bug" or known problem???

Thanks,

I had similar problems. Finally got it worked out by aligning the screen using a decent amount of pressure with the stylus. Otherwise I tried going lighter pressure and all had those issues until I made sure to use good pressure.
