how to change my rom htc vogue
I HAVE AN HTC VOGUE ON METRO PCS ...can some1 show me IN DETAIL how to update my rom to a better one im looking for mainly a fast but simple rom thats custom with with a very cool display of weather and emulates the latest phones by htc and it has to be fully functional. maybe the hero rom plz help......ME NOOOOBEEEE

First you need to unlock, just follow the directions on this thread...
