Can't activate phone

I gave my Touch phone to my son(I moved up to a Touch 2) The Touch was working fine when I deactivated it. My son open a account with sprint and had the phone activated.He can't make phone calls.The internet works, his email works and he can call sprint on *2. Sprint can't get the phone to work. The phone has a DHarvey Rom in it and worked fine for over a year. Can anybody help?

Your son needs to put his (MSID and Mobile#)in the phone. It's in the Phone Codes...under programs.
