Yeah, one thing that I've noticed with this ROM is that it seems sluggish sometimes, especially after using the dialer (making a call, checking missed calls, etc). Also, the phone dialer doesn't want to respond at all sometimes; occasionally, it won't come up at all if I tap Missed Calls or Contacts, unless I manually go into programs and click Phone. Sometimes I even have to soft reset the phone just to make a call.
