Take your .nbh file you created and rename it to VOGUIMG.nbh

Make sure you don't use a high density SD card. Format the card to fat 32 and copy the VOGUIMG.nbh over to the card. Put it back into your phone and force the phone into bootloader (power button + camera+ plue reset).

Follow the onscreen instructions....

Hope that helps...

Re: Vogue WM6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

thanks guys..

well i ended up uninstalling the kitchen, cleaning up any leftovers in temp and etc.
reinstalled with the latest installer, downloaded, updated, etc etc
and noticed the romupdateutility looked different, so i flashed and it worked properly!

mustve been some old software vs new software conflict after that update before
but i'll try to remember that tip just in case i ever need to do that.

Re: Vogue WM6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

Man, I think I went to the dark side just in time ("Luke, I am your iXXXXX"). These latest builds for the XV6900 seem to be nothing but trouble.

Why, back in the olden days (July/August '07), things just worked. Every BuildOS was great! These pages were filled with, "Wow! Thanks, way better than the official build", "I don't know why you guys don't work for Verizon", etc, etc.

Just playing around, I tried running the Updater but no server is found. I tried running BuildOS, but it won't run because it says it's outdated and expired - even after it accepted my log on.

Re-Read the very first post. Many of us had the same problem. You need to do something differently I believe. I think you need to download the new BuildOS from the first post.
