Re: Vogue WM6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

just wanted to jump in real quick and post a fix for the screwed up unread counter:

as long as you use the dpad to select/highlight the most recent msgs (the one(s) that are/is new), then it will count them as read, no need to exit out and enter back in.

not anything huge, but it does make things a little more convenient..

Point is, I run it on stock rom or Vexito's 20748 rom with no problem at all, but not on the kitchen, just wonder why

Re: Vogue WM6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

I noticed two problems with this build:

1. I tried to select few e-mails to delete and it wouldn't select. Turns out touch scrolling was enabled without any touchflo programs selected in the kitchen. Anybody else seen this happen?

2. some of my international e-mail were unreadable. Turns out Cyrillic (KOI8-R and KOI8-U) were missing. Maybe some other missing too but not sure.

I went back to older build and all was fine again.

There's nothing illegal about iGO8. You can limit the memory usage by simply adding this command to your sys.txt file

[debug]
;max_memory=
;reserve_memory=
show_pedestrian=1
cache=2048 ;control the cache size used by iGo
no_extrapolation=0 ;estimate calculation when gps signal temporarily lost (tunnels etc)
smart_2d=1 ;value: 0,1 - Turns on Smart 2D
compass_type=3 ;compass type can be 0,1,2,3

Yes, but it would be nice if it worked from the Kitchen without having to do a fix afterwards.
