As I was going through the update process, I did come across a situation that sounds similar to what you are describing. GGuruUSA was online in the PPCKitchen forum and as it happens, he was posting an updated version of BuildOS on the update web site.

The one posted now is from today, sometime after 2:00 PM, EDT.

I suggest that you uninstall BuildOS and reinstall the updated version from the manual download web site. After I did this, everything worked as expected.

After the required update, you needed to run updater again to get the buildos update. Reinstalling BuildOS from the current .msi accomplishes the same thing.

I did, it just kept saying I didn't have BuildOS. So I was stuck on not being able to run BuildOS since it was expired and also not update since it didn't exist. But yea, uninstalled it and reinstalled so I'm good to go...I don't exactly know what happened there.

I'm not sure, but it looks as if it was fixed... the issue with the new msg counter is still there... meaning when i'm in a txt conversion and new txt comes into that same conversion it does not reset to zero until u exit and re-enter into that conversion...

Well issues I have is that if I am in a text message and new one comes in from the msg I am typing it shows a new message count and I have to exit and then go back it for the count to reset. Also the keyboard issue that I have is annoying. I click in the field to type and it pops up and then closes. I have to act quick to get it to stay. One I have one letter typed in the field it will stay up. It maybe some registry setting for that. I am going to mull through the registry for that.

Other issues that I am having being new to the vogue is why MSVC audio gateway is so low. I can't find a fix for it, yet...

Is there any way to allow for multiple email/txt message selection delete in the 20748 build or no? Is there a registry fix to fix this?

Besides that everything is going great. My selection list is posted below as well. I also use custom tapres.96.dll and shellres.96.dll for different sys icons.

this kitchen will not work for me ...i dont get it...its so frustrating...I have used every kitchen released to date..but have had no luck with this..i have read cover to cover in this thread...deleted whole program all reg entrys ...reinstalled....it builds to large...always..my old ones were like 62mb some 67mb...some 72mb in size...i load this add nothing it builds at 82mb....if i add a little its goes to almost 90mb to 92mb...on stripped or loaded..no matter what it boots to radio screen.sits for minutes and then reboots...Then does same thing sits then reboots after minutes..wont go pass radio screen....its so strange....it just wont work.....roms are coming out too big....anyone have a idea....i cant even revamp a 73 build. cause now kitchen and oems dont work with them....I may have to go stock till this is fixed...any ideas....kinda suck....oh im on vista by the way.....
