##diag# is the only thing I can get into I cant get ##prl# or ##pst# I see the epst flash for a quick second and its back to the dialer theres nothing running it closes any solution?

HI!!! this Rom its veeeryy good! i love it!! and i wanna keep it... but im having a problem...
im from mexico so i cant make a call... because when i make a call the phone put me an extra number "1" before the number i called....
in others roms i changed that in "phone" "menu" "options" and i can chousse not to put it... but here i cant... =S please help.... THANKS!!!
