Almost OEM 6.1 Sprint ROM **V.3.0** (6/10/08) GPS/Rev A. Enabled - NOW 2 VERSIONS!!
 

These ROMs is for Sprint ONLY! They are as close to OEM as I could get it but I also included a bunch of Apps that I use frequently as well. It is WM6.1.

This ROM is still being developed so please let me know if you find any bugs or serious problems with the ROM. This version is version 3.0. Bugs and major issues will be addressed promptly so report back here as soon as discovered.

It is based off the 19209 build and should be pretty stable.

I decided to make 2 versions this time, one for those who like ROM's that are packed down to the gills and one for those who like their ROM's clean.

FULL version of V.3.0
 

This version is for those who like their ROM's packed to the gills. It is "Almost OEM" but includes apps that I frequently use and that I read alot of people also use.

Not sure if virsir_gps.dll is uncluded but if it is not in the Windows folder on your device than you can download it from the attachment below and just use File Explorer or whatever explorer you use(preferably Resco Explorer if you have it since it sees hidden files) and copy it to the Windows folder.

At the risk of being mocked for my ignorance, why do you classify the ROM as almost OEM? I'm just ot sure how to understand how OEM is being used in this sense.

Thanks for all your work !

Here are some things I noticed:

1. Old version of Google Maps
2. Sprint intro screen seems to have a line accross the top (Default doesn't. I see it in your SS above)
3. The Button on the Sprint Home screen for "Live Search" doesnt work
4. Phone is recognized as a Mogul instead of a Touch.

kinda liked the phone was known as a mogul lol, it gave me an option to download that new express thingy that i never tried before. not that its that usefull >.>
