Without flashing again, what are the major differences in com2 vs com5 in your roms?

Com2 old style with start menu on top... This is traditionally the most stable branch. (seems a bit quicker then other branches too... IMO)

Com5 start menu on bottom... Seems to have a couple of small issues here and there, but is more finger friendly! This is the only branch I use!

I would say try them both out... And see what you like the best.

Gotcha, that's what I figured the major difference was. I'll stick with the com5, I like it much better. Thanks!!

Re: Miller_V17.0_23569 (06/07/10)

Got V17 loaded haven't gotten to test it too much, but first impression as usual great rom Miller. If I get to go to the TP2, I hope you send me your rom for that too. Still working on the wife about getting it.

Re: Miller_V17.0_23569 (06/07/10)

Quick question, what happened to picture mail? I've been playing with android for a while but I missed the picture mail. I flashed back to V17 and noticed while in the text messaging window, I can't click the menu button to bring up New : Picture mail. Can this be added back or is it built into the rom base?

Re: Miller_V17.0_23569 (06/07/10)

Hello,

I upgraded from a previous version of yours which again I upgraded from a previous version of yours. I appreciate your continued efforts!

The only issue I have with this version which I didn't have in the previous versions is the connection to my PC - windows 7 x 64 enterprise.

It previously recognized the phone and windows mobile center worked fine. The current one isn't recognized by Windows 7. I removed the generic rndis device - reconnected, still couldn't load drivers. By that same token, internect tethering no longer works on this build - 23569 for me.

Re: Miller_V17.0_23569 (06/07/10)

boe, I have windows 7 64 ultimate edition on my laptop. I don't seemed to have any problems with v17. I can tether and connect it to the PC. The only glitch which isn't that bad is it takes manilla a while to load, but I can live with that.
