I think this prl may increase evdo coverage areas (mo places with hi speed internet).I hope lol.
to install extract 60658.prl and drop it to your sd card.
go to start menu/utilities/phone codes/pst
edit
enter unlock code (to find out what is your unlock code use BAF MSL Grabber in utilities)
press buttom "view info" and scroll to prl

highlight "update prl file"line in epst/prl window and tap buttom "menu"
select "edit" and browse.it will autodetect your 60658.prl
tap on 60658 and then buttom LEFT "OK"
TAP BUTTOM RIGHT "MENU"
tap "ok".you should see this:

Vin do u have a cab to install the phone codes. Im testing out another rom and it doesn't have the codes in it.

do you have any dialers?
because the stock rom dialers are a bit to small for my chubby fingers.
will the dialers that nfsfan uses in his v1 rom work? just confirming because i don't wanna reflash everything incase something gets screwed up.

I'm actually using nfsfans one dialer, because I think it's the only one that has vibrate when call connects. If there are more dialers that do this, I wouldn't mind trying them out.

I PM-ed you link long time ago.That one has this option and many many other options,plus big buttons plus skins.By options I mean it can be selected in menu,not in registries.


If somebody want big button dialer,just PM me and I'll send you download link.Im not allowed to post it here.

The weather is not showing on the TouchFlo. It works on the Weather button but shows as "Tap to update weather". Is there a fix or is it something I am doing wrong?

I forgot to write instructions here.
1)setup your city in manila weather tab
2) Run weather update
3)install cdma fix
You already did step 1 and step 2.So just install that cab

Poseo un Htc Vogue cdma con movilnet en Venezuela, le subi la rom a la version wm 6.5 y funciona perfecto. tambien instalé en mi sd la version android 1.6 y funciona bien para llamadas, sms y cámara sin embargo no logro hacer que funcione la conexion a internet

Vin do you happen to have the previous prl update. This update makes my phones data arrows go gray. I've never notice that before.

do you have a htc weather customizer like nfs uses. there is no weather listed on their normal ones in the list within prob 4 hours of me.

he had it built into his last v1.00 rom. also please pm me that dialer as well if you would. thank you

Vin, I haven't done the flash from the SD before, when you deem the ROM stable, would you care to share with us how to do it? I'm interested in trying a new rom!

Also, any ideas on what the changelog for this one is like? What does it add?

Hi Vin,
I am a noob with Vogue.
I have 2 problems.
1.GPS didn't work, I tried with "mini gps viewer" to scan GPS inside.
2.Phone code also didn't work too. even i tried to install phonecodw.cab.
EPST can't run.It flash and then close.

Plz help me to fix it

Flashing from an sd is very easy. You need a 2gb card or smaller formatted FAT32, Then you just put the VOGUIMG.nbh file in the root directory. Press the power/camera/reset button and then the flashing should start, it will ask you to press the power button to start, do that and good to go.

Ok.To flash via activesync:
rename voguimg.nbh to ruu_signed.nbh and use rom update utility.After flash when you see "smart mobility"screen YOU MUST disconnect cable from PC.

i am not seeing 3g any longer with this v4 rom. i get either 1x or ev but it never goes to 3g like it used to with nfsfan's?? thoughts? i tried your prl update and both radio's also no difference..

wierd when it says 1x i have 4 bars when it switches to ev it drops to 1 sometimes 2???

Its just an icon.EV=3G.
I can get you 4G or 5G so you can mess with your friends :)

and as i said if you use the weather editor with nfs cdma weather fix its works flawless for the weather!!

is v4 the recc stable one right now or is your newest one ready and fully stable?? i use my phone all day so i need 100% stable or as close as possible.

I don't know of any. Not sure if u can use partition magic and partition the card. I tried with a 4gb card and it didn't work. That's why I just use a 2gb card. It's big enough for me.

should i flash back to sprint shipped before flashing this each time. i mean load sprint shipped first? and should i let sprint customizations run? can you answer the question about the stability of your newest one. id love to run the newest if everything works okay or should i hold off a bit being this is my work phone?

with this dialer is there a ignore button??

running awesome with v4. im debating on your newest one but i need to know its very stable first. as i said i get business calls all day but v4 is flawless so far.

Sprint is most friendly carrier when it comes to flashing.I hate them,but its true lol.No need to flash back to stock.
Just install those 2 cabs to hack tethering and get data & GPS .
For MMS im using WinPM.cab

Seems like in 28014 alarm works with any power settings,charging or not charging :)
