Anyone know of another way to enter the tri color screen besides volume down and reset if the phone is stuck on the boot screen?

I think my volume down button is broken and it's my fault for dropping it.

check me sig use the file in my flash from sd card it will envoke bootloader mode without the button combo

Hmmm since my phone is stuck on the boot screen I think I will need to find a computer w/ and SD card reader to put the file on the SD card. Will have to try this tonight.

I bought an SD card reader, I put the file both with and without a ROM.NBH file on the card and reset it, but it's not booting to the tri color. Any advice??
I did change the name of the NBH file to RAPHIMG.

According to the directions he linked you to "run enterbootloder from phone " which sounds impossible, if you can't boot the phone how can you run the exe? Try running the program that forces bootloader that comes with ROM packs from your pc with the phone connected USB, maybe you don't have to have an activesync connection to force bootloader, I dunno...worth a shot.

Can only access the program on the SD through an SD card reader. MY computer doesn't recognize the phone. I am a moron and might have screwed myself. I wanted a new phone, but wanted to wait till next year for something like the passion.

why do u want to go to bootloader mode are3 you trying to instlal new rom or stuck what exactly is the situation

trying to install any rom that will work. I installed a new rom, which made it get stuck, which has happened before and easy to fix, but that was before I dropped my phone and didn't realize the volume button was broken. Thinking my phone could be done for.

just download the new rom from here you want other rom than the one you already stuck on and start installing don't worry about activesync or anything i was stuck on juicy 8 yesterday that's what i did on my touch pro and now its running perfectly fine connect your phone through usb to computer and run the rom on computer it will start installation on phone
