VZW Stuck at main screen

I went to upgrade friends phone and unlocked it as normal and then loaded the ENERGY ROM. It has been stuck on the first screen saying "PLEASE WAIT WHILE PHONE LOADS"
What can i do??? She isnt with me and is very computer illiterate.

Ok so i put it in bootloader mode and then re flashed the rom again.... Lets see what happends

if its the 21xxx builds mine did the same on the 27th releases,28xxx both versions did fine but itried several times on the 21xxx 27th builds and bever got past that screen,first time its ever happened,i have every release he has done sine june
