Battery critical warning...at 100% chgd

Hey guys...I have an issue. When I soft reset, I get the warning "Main Battery Low" with the pop-up. My indicator on the task bar shows 100% charged. When I tap on it to open my battery meter...I notice now that my battery meter has disappeared.

1. How can I make my battery meter show up again?
2. How can I get my phone to stop throwing up that warning?

first off what all have you done to the tp? have you flashed it? did you install new taskbar? did you mess with any settings or registries your not familiar with??? did this start after installing something?
