which rom let me do customize app and no IM on it.

i want to customize the application i want to install. i want to install at least wm 6.5.1. i want to know which rom let me install application customize.

i donot think i need IM if i have opera 10.

any 6.5.1 rom will allow you to customize an application and install it. Specifically, which app were you mentioning?
