Flashing question

I have a htc touch pro and i had flashed it to cricket but was wondering is it possible to flash it back?
I asked at sprint and i dont think the guy new anything he messed the people in front of us up putting there numbers on the wrong phones and he was like no you messed it up.
Of course i wasnt sure if its cus the just want you to buy another or if there right.
I cant find the number to the guy who flashed it or i was going to call and ask him. Thanks.

I'm sure it's possible . You just need the right settings, prl, radio and maybe a different rom.

Just flash the shipped rom on the HTC website (here), then dial ##RTN#. This will return everything back to sprint settings.
