How to put metro pro back on sprint

So i bought a touch pro currently on metro, as a noob i listened to the seller as he said all i need to do is a prl update. called sprint made sure the es was clear BUT now i cant get it to work. Any input would be highly appreciated.

what do you mean you can't get it to work? like the prl update?
