Auto Correct Stopped Working

I made the modification that provides the auto correct feature (i to I and isnt to isn't) and for months it worked perfect. Yesterday it stopped working and when it tried to fix a work (isnt to isn't) it would not put typed letters on the screen and only moved the cursor. The system would then slow down.

When I went back and modified the registry to the orginal setting from the compimp.dlll hack the system works again well, but with out the autocorrect.

Could the .dll be corrupted or is it another problem?
