New Sprint Touch Pro will not update to any ROM

First of all im not a newbie. I have a new Touch Pro CDMA (Sprint) I've been able to flash roms on xv6700's and 6800's with no problem. So far I have downloaded and installed .net 3.5 and attempted to use raphaels HSPL 037 and even 025 with no success. everytime I just get stuck at a loading.... screen and it will not go farther. Is anyone familar with this issue? I notice that my active sync also during the process will disconnect as well but this happens on my laptop and desktop pc using either xp or vista. Any help would be appreciated. I can get out of the loading screen if I soft reset.

What's your build? I think you have to do the manual first than run the RUU. My build is pretty new and i flash last night.. good day!

The Build is 19965.1.2.3 and yes I will update my model.

I did the manual method and the tri colored screen appeared very fast and then went to the loading screen and just stayed there until I soft reset it. could there be something wrong with the phone it's self?

Ok scratch what I said before, you changed your info lol. Just make sure you are using the correct file for the correct phone.

Per chance did you forget to unlock your phone like I did? After I unlocked my phone it quit getting stuck at the progress screen at 0%.

I only see one unlocker for the hspl and i've been tryed several roms from jdtp7 to juggalo but no luck. I'm ready to play with my toy but this rom issue has me at a stand still right now. I have noticed that there are alot of individual cab installs for tweaks. but I hear that the roms will have my phone run smoother.

Unlocking it is what I'm trying to do with the raphael hspl 0.37 but its not working. Do you run the hspl on the phone or on your pc?

run the sspl.exe on ur phone then connect it to ur computer then run the hspl on ur computer
