Touch Pro Keyboard dead
 

So I got the infamous keyboard malfunction -_- starts with the repeating like "wwwwwhats" and now it completely stopped working. My question is what to do since I bought my phone off of Ebay I bought it new. If I take it to sprint will they repair or replace it? Am I going to have to pay?

i think that if you have tep they repair it or replace for no charge. if you don't have tep i think they might charge you

yeah, it doesn't matter what phone you have, if you have TEP its a free repair, if not you have to pay the $100 unless the 1 year warranty is still active.

log into your account @ sprint.com

go down to where you phone is pictured and click Change plan add-ons

then look for this line in your addons:

Same thing happened here...

where can I find out when I got my phone. I forgot myself... I think its over a year though sadly...

how much would it cost to fix? 100 bucks?!

edit:

actually i think its been about 11 months... Do I go to Sprint store to get it fixed or who do I contact?

press ##786# and look at the original activation date. that should tell you when you got your phone
