Re: Touch Pro Keyboard dead

my keyboard did the same thing...but all of a sudden, it's working like a charm! I don't understand but was told to go swap it out through warranty. I am on my way. Hope I get a tp2. hehe

Re: Touch Pro Keyboard dead

My week old TP did this just this morning... I was typing a message and got like 50 letter h and then nothing.. wouldn't work.

I backed up all my crap, did a hard reset and still nothing. Went to the Alltel store and they replaced it with another new phone.

It has the life expectancy of a Kleenex tissue. I several replacements, one of them keyboard issue like you have.
