Cricket htc touch pro wap connection password resets itself to blank password
 

hi all,

my touch pro started to do this. my cricket settings for internet started doing this. once i connect to the internet the ev changes to 1x and it asks foy my password which is cricket everytime. eventhough i put in the password and save the changes it asks me again seconds later and my internet does not connect.

please help

who flashed your phone?
when you dial ##778# and press edit, is you code 000000 or 333333?
did you enter username as 5556461234@mycricket.com without leadin 1 or hifens (-)? with your correct phone number
password cricket, not Cricket, or CRICKET

start/settings/connections/connections/advanced are both set to cricket?

in reg edit under hklm/software/arcsoft/arcsoft mms ua/config/mm1/mmscsettings/samplemms (or if named cricket, or default)make sure waptype is set to 1

if all else fails, slam on floor, and kick accross room to show it whos boss :mrgreen:
