Problems syncing Microsoft MyPhone
 

Has anyone had a problem setting up MyPhone on their Touch Pro? I installed the cab to my phone from myphone.microsoft.com/install. During the initial setup on my phone I can get to page 3 where you input you Windows Live ID information. The problem that I am having is the "Sign In" option located on the lower left corner of the screen is not lighted as if I can't tap on it to select it. Any ideas as to how I can continue to set up MyPhone on my TP?

Try pressing tab on the keyboard until it is highlighted. Aside from tapping it on the screen, that is the only way I know of to move between fields on a web page.

Thanks for your reponse, I did try to use the tab to highlight but it does not appear to work. I also tried removing the app from my phone, reinstalling it and soft resetting it as well with negative results. The bummer is I have a few hundred contacts on the MyPhone server that I can not sync to. I really hate having to put them into my phone 1 by 1..... : (

Back to back soft reset, problem corrected! (strange, but its working)
