Finally, a good end to this runaround I've been going through! I was on my 5th TP in 3 weeks. One of those weeks I was stuck with a refurb that didn't get data, and I wasn't getting calls, voicemail notifications, or text messages until hours or even a day later. After I got the refurb replacement for that, and I still had trouble, I contacted Executive Customer Service (can't find the number, just use Google) and they got a hold of the district manager who talked to the store manager of the only corp repair store in town. I had to wait until after the weekend to talk to the manager, but she was a lot of help and replaced my phone with their last in-store NIB phone, since she couldn't order a TP2 through the program. It seems much better. Not overheating, no freezing issues so far. Feels like a much more solid phone. I've had other Rhodium Roms on the TP, but the real deal is much smoother. I think this phone may curb my appetite for Android for a little while longer yet. I'm off to the TP2 forums!

Phone came in early, going to pick it up in about an hour. Wish me luck that they actually ordered the TP2 like they said they would!

just called my sprint store and spoke to a guy about my 5th tp crappin out and he said come on in they have the tp2 in store to exchange! i'll post back to confirm the legitimacy of this tonight! wish me luck!

okay i just got off the phone with Asurion and they told me they can only give me a treo replacement for my TP ..the manager told me that they do not replace with a upgrade ..never ...

I'm on my 3rd crappy refurb this month. Tired of going to the store, I emailed Dan at Sprint dot com and someone actually called me back. I missed the call

She left a voicemail and a number to call back. I got her voicemail, but at least now I have a one on one going. Maybe I can finally resolve this in the morning. Wish me luck.
