My friend and I both signed up for TEB 3 weeks ago. A week later, his TP's screen broke. He went into a sprint store and ordered a replacement. Meanwhile, I called Asurion (made up fake problems, keyboard, screen, etc.) and, after they started a claim, said "Sir, we have the touch pro in stock and would be happy to replace that for you." I was like, F*CK, made an excuse, and hung up.
A day later, his replacement phone comes from sprint and he gets a FREE touch pro TWO - no deductible!! I was pissed. So last week, I go into the same Sprint store, report the same problem, and they ordered a new phone for me (even though the technician couldn't replicate my fake problem - "I'm going to order a replacement phone for you sir, because we've seen these problems before."). Today, the phone came in. I was holding my breath all weekend...and was *pissed* when I got another touch pro!! Same sprint store, same week, different result. Thank God I saw this thread today. From Asurion's confirmation email, it looks like I got a new TP2 coming. My friend's is a refurb. I entered my order about 6pm EST on 3/29/10. |

I'm sorry... I'm really ashamed. Mods, please delete my previous post... I don't want to have legal problems. I should probably call Asurion and tell them i fixed my TP and return the TP2. Thanks Kaikou.

I just got my refurb TP2 delievered as a replacement for my faulty TP.
my question is, what does refurb TP2 usually come with? I only got the phone and the battery, when I was told by the rep, that I will recieve charger and all other accessory due to the fact that it is a different model replacement. No sim card either. someone please let me know if this is acually what I am supposed to get(just phone and battery). thanks in advance. |
