What message are you getting when you try the AE form? If you're not too concerned about getting a TP or TP2, just call up *2 and tell 'em about the problems, or take it to a store w/ a service center. From what I've noticed, it's mostly only the stores that are offering TP2s as replacements, though some have had luck w/ *2. I don't know if anyone has had success using the AE form online.

*2 Just got off the phone with them. They said there are some bad blogs and the only authorized Phones to swap for are the BB Curve, HTC Snap, and the TP.

I have a replacement TP coming...but if it isn't as good as mine, i.e. loose keyboard, dead pixels etc... i will be complaining.

You are using this one right?

sprint store is ordering me another TP1 and will check daily on the TP2, perhaps a TP2 will come instead of the 1? Super helpful tech said he read the memo and sprint has upwards of 20% return rate on TP1s. Offered me all the usually 99.00 phones, I stood my ground. If anything, perhaps this one will take a charge and stop the midnight freeze and OH. Really would prefer the TP2, for the larger display alone, I am pretty impressed with the Hero, might try the SenseUI on the TP eventually.

well a couple days agao i had my tp in my pocket all day and it looked like it had moisture under the screen, it was acting funny and then yesterday the touch screen died. checked the watter damage stickers and they are pink. I'm a little upset this phone gets water damage from being in your pocket (im military and was indoors in uniform all day long, i did not get wet.). im leaving on a trip today so i needed a phone for roadside emergency (travelling with wife and baby. my son kicked my wifes phone in a bowl of milk 3 days ago lol).

So i went on phoneclaim.com (asurions site) and they tried to offer me a blackberry, i denied and it told me to call. so i called and they offered me tour, snap, treo 850. i said no cuz none of those are even comparable. i asked about new tp2 that replaced my phone and she tried and said she couldnt. She then put me on the phone with supervisor who was happy to give me the tp2 and bill it to my sprint account. it will be arriving in VA before i even touch down there tommorow .
