Sprint TP to VZW - Incoming but no Outgoing Call

I have went threw the tutorial and can get calls in but cannot call out. Says cannot Authenticate your phone, 228 programming was successful. Has anyone has this issue or where can I start? EPST settings seem to be okay.

i had that problem once before. it was due to the dialer. is it a vzw shipped or a cooked rom?

i had a similar problem when i flashed a sprint touch pro to cricket.. under CDMA settings in EPST home page, home Orig, an Roam Orig should be left alone.. if you changed them all to voice 13k try changing home page and home original back to EVRC. i had used a cricket epst settings tutorial and it said to set all to voice 13k, but it caused the problem for me that you are describing... Hopefully this helps you.
