Will I lost my contacts or anything else when deactivated?
I wasn't 100% sure, but I was wondering if I loose any information such as my contacts on my Touch Pro when they deactivate my Touch Pro and activate my new phone tomorrow...
What about any other information? Or will it pretty much just be "shut off"? Could I still use the Wi-Fi on it?

You will be fine, what they do is shutdown your ESN for that phone....the contacts will still be there.
Yes you can still use the Wifi for surfing, or a mini Ipod.....internet phone..etc.

Freakin sweet. Thanks guys. I just couldn't take this phone anymore and i'm picking up my HTC Hero Tomorrow at 1pm.

Question do you sync your phone with Outlook?
you should (if you can) before you get the new phone so that you can easily transfer all your contacts into the new phone.

yup youll be ok and fyi next time sync your contacts with your hotmail account just in case they will stay on the phone but it does not hurt to have a backup in your hotmail plus they download auto when you sync your email to your next device
