Sprint is starting to really piss me off
 

so im up to my 3rd TP the 1st replacement i got the keyboard wire was loose which caused it to stutter, they sent me another one which in less then a months time the touch screen became unresponsive, so yesterday i pick up my 3rd TP that had it to me i rush out because i was gong to be late 4 work and sadly i realize they gave me yet another bad phone! the usb port doesn't work,the reset button doesn't work, THE WHOLE GOD**** KEYBOARD DOES'NT WORK! i had my new replacement for less then an hour and it was already faulty im slowly losing my patience for sprint for sending me 3 faulty phones in a row...

hell yes call retentions...my wife was on her 4th TP within 2 weeks! so while the 4th 1 was being sent out we called and ripped the poor guy a new 1. he said he would get her any phone she wanted (palm pre) for $100 but with a little more creative sprint bashing (delayed text issues) he caved and hooked it up for free... now she has a new tp and her new pre.

wow great find!!! time to flash back to stock... now the only question i have is am i going to be a glutton for punishment and get the TP2, or go with something that will work right from the box :scratch: tour perhaps

With all the problems with the TP I can't imagine anyone reading this post wont switch to a TP2. I guess really all you have to do is say your keyboard only works sometimes.

This is great news for frustrated TP owners. How are you getting the TP2? Did you go into a store?
