I just called sprint about this memo and they had no idea what I was talking about. Anyone have any luck with getting a TP2 sent to them because of this? What number did you call and what did you say?

update!!!!
i really dont know wtf it is. but everytime a get a black person on the phone. they help you.
but.
i called . told them my keyboard randomly works.
they treansfered the me to the people that send the phones out.
and the brotha;D had filled out a form. it takes 2 days to process it. then they will call you on the 2nd or 3rd day and come to a resolution on what you want.
tell them your sick of your phone. you sent alotta fu**** money on it and your considering canceing service.
they will ask what phone you want. and blam!
i can wait the 3 days. lol

SO NOW THE HARD PART. how do i make my keyboard ribbon start messing up with out voiding the warrenty?? just slide it open and cosed 56938776425178263757467832 times??

I just went into the store...any techs that did their homework (read today's memo) should be able to hook you up...mine will be in on Monday!

Well, here is my update...

I took my TP in and had a screen shot printed of the link I posted. The tech looked it over and said, "yep, I remember being trained on that this morning. Which phone would you like?" Told her a TP2 and she ordered it on the spot. Will be in Monday.

Finally able to help out the community some. Glad to help all! WOOT!

Damn, my phone's mic wasn't working too well if at all last week. I was waiting to find a day to replace it at a service center when I wasn't busy. Until today, my phone started to work fine lol. My TouchPro somehow is one of the better ones never really had a problem with it except chipping chrome. Must find a way to gain the microphone failure!!

Mine has had the keyboard issue once, but not much else, but my chipping chrome is BAD. I think the plastic molding is very poor or something because I have actual pieces of the plastic GONE by the bottom screw (right side of phone under "<-" back button), and when I look at the plastic, it's pitted. Seems to be a manufacturing error. I sent sprint an e-mail with pictures of the damage. We'll see what they say. :/

I actually will be fine with another TP1... I just don't like that my phone looks so ghetto and gets so hot all the time.
