Cant Recieve picturemail

I have Sprint Arcsoft 5.2.1.22 installed from here and I can send but not recieve any messages and I called customer service and they have disable and reenabled it and no luck.

You didnt have the original picmail app on there did you? if so you will have to run the romoval tool app first then reinstall.

no i have the arcsoft installed as the original one freezes bad and is not the best so do i uninstall and what should I install iwth?
