locked phone with no rom.
 

as i was relocking my phone, i am not sure what happened, it got stuck on a "loading screen" so i hard reset it.
after the hard reset, it goes to the tri color screen, the phone is locked, but there is a message that says "upgrade ROM code error Please try again"
i need to turn this phone back into verizon and im not sure if that message will prevent me from using my insurance.

cant put the sspl on my phone for some reason.

Ok, go here and flash the SHIPPED ROM...ftp://ppcgeeks.com/Raphael/Stock%20R...51064_Ship.exe

Since it is the SHIPPED ROM you shouldn't need to unlock the phone you should be able to just flash the rom off the tri-colored screen (bootloader screen) Just connect your phone using usb cord and when it says USB on the screen you can flash, If it says SERIAL the usb isn't connected.

Yeah flashing the shipped ROM should fix the problem, let us know if it worked.
