Touch Pro stuck in landscape. Help!!!

I purchased my phone through warranty because my last phone broke. So its been 3 months and all of a sudden my phone is stuck in landscape mode, I slide the keyboard out a little (keyboard lights up) and it goes back to portrait but when it goes back it gets stuck on landscape. It is very frustrating because I text a lot and it is very uncomfortable without the keyboard. The keyboard doesnt function either when I slide it out completely. I dont want to pay $75 again for this "thing". I am waiting till I get my upgrade in December.

thats a manufacturers defect, you should get a replacement for free. Try taking it into the store.

Re: Touch Pro stuck in landscape. Help!!!

Well the last time I went to the store they told me to go to the Sprint shop that has the Tech's in it which is in a totally different side of the county. Well if you say that works, I am going to have to make a trip this weekend because I cant stand my phone like this.

Re: Touch Pro stuck in landscape. Help!!!

I had a similar problem with my GF touch pro, I called sprint tech support and told them my keyboard problem and told them its a pain going to a sprint store just to have it checked out, They understood and sent me a new TP. I recieved it UPS and sent them my defective one with the envelope they sent me.
