rom wont start

Hello everyone
The problem Im having is the phone wont load the rom and wont sync either it had been working fine now all I can get is the touch pro startup screen then it goes black. I cant hard reset none of the buttons respond except the soft reset is it time to call assurion and get a replacement??

you try pulling the battery, and hitting center d pad+vol down while powering up?

Yes I have and I got nothing.

Try flashing the ROM and see if it works

i had this problem last week. my friend's charger wasn't plugged in all the way and the htc light was flickering, and i didn't notice.. so when i went to turn it on, nothing happened. i pulled the battery and tried to boot it and it hung at the rom version screen. so i tried hard resetting it and nothing happened, but i kept doing it and eventually it did, and then it booted so i could reflash it.
