Hard Keys stay On

Hi, has anyone else notice their Tp that their hard keys stay on when turning the power off? Mine does that quite often and the only way to turn it off is turn the device back on press the Dpad and then turn device off agian. Is there a solution to this or is this a hardware issue?

Oh, you mean the lights on the hard keys stay on. Yes, that's a well-known issue. I haven't noticed it yet on the new Sprint ROM (Sept 09), but since it is intermittent to begin with, that doesn't mean it has been fixed.

yeah something that usually helps for me is to open the keyboard for a 10 seconds, close it and they should turn off and it shouldnt happen as frequently... when it does... repeat.

Hit the "Home" hard button a few times then the standby button... then you should be golden.
