I have searched and done the google, having a case of the dumbass or sumthin..can someone help me out here.

when u say firmware are u looking for the stock software? if so its on verizons website?

Been there also for a good while. Like I said it has to be a LARGE case of the dumbass cause I'm feeling it.....
