need help understanding files and what they are? and programs Please....thank you
 

Okay so I got my phone never used one of these before I am trying to learn the phone and I saw some things I dont understand. the phone is a sprint htc touch pro windows version 6.1.

I have internet explorer and opera and skyfire. All 3 are browsers which is best? I dont know....
I also have a app or program called palringo dont know what to do with that......

xbmod?
java?
are these apps or programs or?
There is one thing on the phone 2 things actually one called hand-police and the other called seven? I dont know what they are or for?
I googled 7 it comes under my program files but I cannot find one single program called seven?
When i go to download a program on this phone is it better to just try and download it via wireless or hook it up to a computer meaning is it faster? The guy i bought the phone off of said it was really fast internet but downloads are very slow.
It was brand new got it off ebay.
sorry for all the questions just curious is all but that seven program I cant find it anywhere on google and when i clik the app it opens and says "welcome to seven" your mobile number is xxxxxxx then i click next and it says validating phone number and does nothing :( it is a red sqare icon with diagram of the letter s

- Opera could be the best.
-Palringo is an intant messenger(sign up online and add your msm,yahoo,gmail,aim,etc account to palringo and access all of them at once on your device)
-Those are programs or applications wich is practically the samething
-Seven is a push mail service is free but you have to sign up, google system seven beta.
-Downloading could be faster or slower from your ppc depending on how fast is your pc's internet connection.If you have dial up at home might be the same speed as your ppc.
