HTC Touch Pro Hard Resets Are So Easy
 

The instructions I found on the net didn't work, ended up going to a sprint store where a tech demonstrated it.

Before you begin, the phone should be off. Just to be sure, remove the battery, leave it out for a little while and put it back in before starting the process.

First you press the enter button (round key in the front) and hold that button down.

Second, press the down-volume key on the side, and hold it, while still holding the enter button.

Third, press the power button on top and hold it while still holding the other two.

Count to 5 or so after you have all three buttons pressed. If you get past five, it probably didn't work so take the battery try again from the beginning.

i use the clear storage method in the menu. seems easier even yet. ill use that method when my phone wont even barley turn on.

I use Enter+VolDn+stylus hole to do my hard resets.

Hay guise.

I just figured out how to hard reset my Mogul today. Here are detailed instructions:

1. Hold down both of your soft keys.
2. Hit reset button and keep soft keys held down
3. Wait until message appears on screen and then release the soft keys.

Nope...not me. But maybe thats because I just got my pro to replace my Mogul and have just started reading all the TP posts.

Thanks to the OP for posting this so I didn't have to go back 500 pages to find it. :headbang:
