that is not the right way. you forgot the power button in that combination

My suggestion, again, is to read page 126 of the manual that i linked to above. It is the manual for your phone and it tells you how to hard reset. Shaggylive has also posted the steps that will work.

Thanks everyone and thank you shaggy. The reset button didn't work to do anything, however booting up the way you said worked. I guess I just misunderstood how to do it. I was rushing to leave this morning and combined the soft reset and hard reset steps. Again, thanks for all the help.
