Hard time moving Phat files to microSd...whuts up?
 

I've been trying to load a tomtom map on my storage card here for days now, and can't seem to make it happen. I've tried copying through Activsuc and it'll start to copy and lag or start over. I have a USB reader with gives me a write delay error...what gives? I cant seem to move any file over 50mb without it trippin out. I've tried on all 3 of my computers....whats the magic spell?

Might be a SD card issue - if it does it via active sync and a USB reader it all points to the card.

Even though the card functions? I have other files on it....just can't can't drag over a real chunky one.

Well the fastest way to copy files is to get an adapter that turns the microsd into a standard SD card, then put it in the computer to copy the files.

The second fastest way is to connect the phone (with the card in it) using disk drive instead of active sync.

The slowness is due to the USB connection not any issue with the card which is why putting it in an adapter and copying directly to the card from the computer is best when using trying to copy large amounts of data.
