Callers hear echos

Everyone who calls me has reported hearing a echo. I'm not sure why. I searched around on google to try to find solutions. People say that you need to turn the mic down a bit so it doesn't pick up the callers voice.

Only thing on my phone is the invisible shield.

Edit: Found another thread on this. Can we delete this one and bump the other one in case anyone has found a way to auto adjust the mic sound?
